Jim Vriend has been a Registered Home Inspector since 2000 and is a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI BC).

To become a CAHPI (BC) member, an inspector must meet rigorous professional and educational requirements followed by a review. To remain a member, an inspector must meet annual continuing educational requirements.
